Marc Wycherley
Marc Wycherley has been the Managing Director of Leyfos Plastics since 2008, leading the company with a focus on innovation, quality, and long-term growth. Under his leadership, Leyfos has continued to evolve as a trusted name in the plastics industry.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys pottering in the garden, spending time with his family, with a keen passion for his Cars and Motorbikes, Marc can be found most weekends tinkering in his mancave.
Mandi Wycherley
Mandi oversees HR, Health & Safety, and Social Media at Leyfos, ensuring the team stays supported, safe, and well-connected.
Her role combines care for people with a creative eye for communication.
Tracey Lovatt
Tracey has been with Leyfos since 2021, appointed as our Production Manager.
She has a wealth of knowledge after 24 years in the building sector.
Tracey will be involved in all areas of production including organising, planning, quality control and logistics.
Out of work Tracey loves holidaying here and abroad, her two beloved dogs and trips out with her family.
Bobby Wilcox
Bobby is our Shop Floor/Factory Supervisor and overseas all aspects of our production processes.
Bobby previously worked at Leyfos then after a years break re-joined our team here during March 2022.
Out of work Bobby enjoys archery and spending time with his family.
Georgia Morris
Georgia joined Leyfos after finishing her A Levels in 2021.
Since then Georgia has completed her L4 Diploma in Accounting through Shrewsbury College and more recently she has completed her L3 Transport Manager CPC.
Georgia enjoys socialising with her friends, great holidays and walking her dog Dexter
Megan Taylor
Meg joined Leyfos in June 2024 as Assistant to our Production Manager, Tracey. With a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, she quickly progressed to managing all smaller components of the production process. Committed to continuous improvement, Meg recently completed her NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate and is currently awaiting her results. Once certified, she will take the lead on all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) responsibilities at Leyfos.
Away from Leyfos Meg loves to socialise with her friends, and tinker with her car.
Mick Smith
Mick is our Maintenance Supervisor and has been with us for 18 years. He knows our machines like the back of his hand and has a wealth of knowledge to put to use as and when required
Micks passion is all about bikes and travels with his partner.
Terry Gater
Terry is our quality control and finishing technician and company driver.
Terry has been with Leyfos for 18 years.
Away from work Terry loves photography, scuba diving and travels on his motorbikes.
Matthew Harrison
Matthew joined the Leyfos team in October 2022, Matthew is our in-house Shotblasting Technician.
Out of work Matt is kept very busy spending time with his daughter and socialising.
Morgan Cheshire
Morgan is one of our Coating Technicians, he has been with Leyfos for 9 years.
Away from work Morgan enjoys graphic design, listening to music and widening his record collection.
Jack Moss
Jack is one of our Coating Technicians, he has been with Leyfos for 8 years.
In his spare time Jack enjoys gaming, music and spending time with his family.
Dan Steeples
Dan is one of our Coating Technicians who started with us as a Factory Apprentice 8 years ago.
Away from Leyfos Dan enjoys gaming, sports and films.
David Lake
David is our Part time Delivery Driver here at Leyfos. David is a retired Orthopaedic Surgeon. He helps to advise Marc with all things business related and overseas the mental health of the workforce!
Away from Leyfos, David and his wife Gina enjoy time away at their apartment in Gran Canaria. David takes great interest in Politics, mathematical problem solving and pottering in his Man Cave at home.
Jamie Wilcox
Jamie previously worked at Leyfos for 10 years then after a brief career change returned to Leyfos in 2023. Jamie works alongside Bobby coating our large pipework as one of our Senior Coating Operatives.
Outside of Leyfos Jamie's passions are cars and his tropical fish.
Harvey Lovatt
Harvey joined Leyfos part-time in May 2023 while finishing College. Harvey is now in his final year at University studying Sports Coaching and Physical Education. Harvey is a great team player and continues to work at Leyfos on his days off Uni.
Out of work Harvey continues to study whilst also enjoying football and MotoX.
Dennis Rada
Dennis Joined Leyfos early in 2024 through an agency. Dennis works on the small side in charge of coating rings and Rebar.
Out of work Dennis enjoys football going to the gym and socialising with his friends.
Gheorghe Rada
Gheorghe Joined Leyfos early in 2024 through an agency. Gheorghe works on the small side in charge of coating rings and Rebar with his nephew Dennis.

George Rada
George came to Leyfos in 2024 with his uncle Gheorghe and brother Dennis.

Chris Jones
Chris joined Leyfos in 2024 to work in the finishing area of the Factory.
