Marc Wycherley

Marc Wycherley is the Managing Director of Leyfos Plastics and has led the company since 2008.

Away from work he likes spending time with family and friends and possibly enjoying a pint at his local. Marc loves nothing more than tinkering with his beloved motorbikes.

Mandi Wycherley

Mandi looks after all the HR and Social Media at Leyfos

Away from work she likes spending time with her family, photography, walking and spending time with her dogs and beloved horses Margot and Bailey.

Tracey Lovatt

Tracey has been with Leyfos since 2021, appointed as Production Controller here at Leyfos.

Tracey has a wealth of knowledge after 24 years in the Building Sector.
Tracey will be involved in all areas of production including planning, quality control and Health and Safety.

Out of work Tracey loves holidaying here and abroad, her two beloved dogs and trips out with her family.

Georgia Morris

Georgia has joined Leyfos after finishing her A Levels in Law , Business Studies and Sociology.

Georgia has completed Level four Management Accounts Apprenticeship here at Leyfos through Shrewsbury College.

More recently Georgia has completed her Transport Managers training and will find out her results in May 2024.

Georgia enjoys socialising with her friends, cooking and walking her dogs.

Terry Gater

Terry is our Logistics/Crane Operator.
Terry has been with Leyfos for 15 years.

Away from work Terry loves photography, scuba diving and his motorbikes.

Mick Smith

Mick is our Coating Specialist and Maintenance Technician, he has been with us for 15 years.

Micks passion is all about bikes, last year he rode his beloved Kawasaki over to Italy to watch the motor GP.

Matthew Harrison

Matthew joined Leyfos us at Leyfos October 2022, Matthew is our in house Shot Blaster.

Out of work Matthew is kept very busy spending time with his daughter and socialising.

Morgan Cheshire

Morgan is our Coating Technicians, he's been with Leyfos for 7 years.

Away from work Morgan enjoys Graphic Design, listening to music and widening his record collection.

Jack Moss

Jack is one of our Coating Technicians he started with Leyfos for 5 years .

Jack enjoys gaming, music and spending time with his family.

Dan Steeples

Dan is one of our Coating Technicians who started with us on an Apprenticeship scheme 6 years ago.

Away from Leyfos, Dan enjoys gaming, sports and films.

David Lake

David is our Part time Delivery Driver here at Leyfos. David is a retired Orthopaedic Surgeon. He helps to advise Marc with all things business related and overseas the Mental Health of the workforce!

Away from Leyfos, David and his wife Gina enjoy time away at their apartment in Gran Canaria. David takes great interest in Politics, Mathematical problem solving and pottering in his Man Cave at home.

Bobby Wilcox

Bobby previously worked at Leyfos then after a years break re-joined our team here at Leyfos in March 2022. Bobby is our Shop Floor Supervisor and overseas all aspects of our Factory processes.

Out of work Bobby enjoys archery and spending time with his family.
